Photobucket This tut was written by me on July 31, 2009. It is entirely my idea, any similarities are purely coincidental. This was written on Paint Shop Pro X but can be done on any one. Supplies: Scrap Kit: KSD_ Adalina TS Harlequin Series HERE Mask: Vix_Mask165 HERE Template: SSAM_TagTemplate14 HERE Tubes: I am using the wonderful artwork of Joel Adams. Please don’t use these tubes unless you have the proper license and have acquired them legally. HERE Font: Mistral HERE Okay, here we go Open the template and duplicate. Close out original. Open pink paper in supplies. Copy and paste above white paper. Layers, new mask group, from image and add your mask. Merge group. Close out all layers on the template. Open Raster layer 2, the little circles. Selections, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper 12, invert, delete key, select none. Add a drop shadow and delete original layer. Open Raster layer 4, big circle, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper 12, invert, delete key, select none. Open black paper from supplies. On copy of vector 1, outer circle, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste black paper, invert, delete key, select none. Merge these two layers together. I copy and paste because it looks smoother than a flood fill of black. Add a drop shadow and delete both original layers. Open Raster 3, light gray rectangle, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper 3, invert, delete key, select none. Copy black paper again. Copy of vector 1, outside rectangle, selections, select all, float, defloat, paste black paper, invert, delete key, select none. Merge these two layers together. Add a drop shadow and delete both original layers. Open Raster 6, dotted lines on left, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste pink paper from supplies, invert, delete key, select none. Go back to raster 6, selections, select all, float defloat, modify, expand by 2, copy and paste black paper from supplies, invert, delete key, select none. Put this layer right below the pink dotted lines and merge both layers together. Delete original raster 6. Open Copy of Raster 6 and repeat steps above. Merge both dotted lines together and add drop shadow. Open Raster 5, dark gray rectangle, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper 3, invert, delete key, select none. On copy of vector 1, outside rectangle, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste black paper, invert, delete key, select none. Merge these two layers. Delete both original layers and add drop shadow. We are finished with all the layers of the template now. Open Ribboned Lock. Copy and paste this onto the small horizontal rectangle. Resize to fit box by using the deform tool. Add drop shadow. Open Flower 6, resize to your liking. Position at top left of horizontal rectangle. Duplicate flower, mirror, flip, it should now be on the lower right corner. Add drop shadow. Add your tube of choice. Add copyright information. Add your name or saying. We are finished, I hope that you enjoyed my tut. Thanks. Photobucket

A note

I remember what it was like when just starting out in Paint Shop Pro. There are lots of wonderful tuts out there, but most of them are for experienced taggers. It is hard to find a tut if you are a beginner, so I will try to write all my tuts so the beginner can learn and follow along. There will be lots of screen shots to make it easier on you. I apologize to the experienced taggers, but I think that it is good to help out the beginners all we can. Thanks for understanding.
